Belyï Nobel Kubwayo is a Burundian Bitcoiner, economist, and social entrepreneur. He is the founder of BTC Shule, an initiative focused on Bitcoin education and the building of a Bitcoin Circular economy in Burundi, in an underserved and rural community called Winteko. Through community education, merchant onboarding, and local production initiatives, his work demonstrates how Bitcoin can support financial autonomy, resilience, and real economic activity in Africa. Belyï is also the Executive Director of Free Tech Institute and an active contributor to grassroots Bitcoin adoption efforts across the continent.
